We provide organizational development advice and evaluation research for small non-profit agencies. These services are directed at agencies that are small enough or new enough to lack staff with specialized training in these areas.
Our organizational development work focuses particularly on the transition-points that any organization goes through in a normal life-cycle. Some transitions occur when an organization moves from its start-up phase to a phase of steady growth. Others occur when the founder or visionary moves on to other projects. Still others occur when an agency is no longer growing and wishes either to resume growth or to stabilize at its current level. Each of these change-points calls for the organization's leadership, staff, directors, and volunteers to assume new roles. We find that we can help an organization chart a way through such transitions.
We also help organizations evaluate their programs, train them to administer these evaluations, and help them use the results of these evaluations for fundraising
